Comprehensive Speech Pathology Reports

Comprehensive speech pathology reports provide an in-depth overview of a child’s communication strengths and needs across multiple areas, including expressive language, receptive language, social communication skills, and literacy. These evaluations are conducted using standardised assessments such as the CELF-P3 (Clinical Evaluation of Language Fundamentals – Preschool), CELF-5, or PLS-5 (Preschool Language Scale). The reports offer valuable insights to guide targeted intervention, educational planning, and support at home and in the classroom. They may also be provided to paediatricians to support a diagnostic process, if required.

NDIS Reports

We provide detailed NDIS progress reports tailored to meet NDIS requirements and support ongoing plan reviews. These reports include information about a child’s current communication abilities, therapy goals, and the supports needed to achieve meaningful outcomes. Our reports offer clear, professional documentation to assist with tracking progress and informing future NDIS planning.

Assessment Summary Reports

Speech pathology summary reports provide a focused overview of specific areas of communication, such as pragmatic (social) language, literacy skills, or fluency. These concise reports are ideal when assessment is needed in just one or two targeted areas and include relevant observations, standardised assessment results (where applicable), and practical recommendations to support development in those specific domains. They may also be requested to document your child’s progress following a period of therapy intervention.

We can provide letters to GPs to support paediatrician referrals or meet the documentation requirements for Medicare Enhanced Care Plans. These letters include relevant background information, clinical observations, and recommendations to assist with referral pathways and ensure children receive appropriate support through medical and allied health services.
